It begins with design – Whether it be the solitude of the forest or a babbling creek just outside your back door or the fun of watching golfers out on the fairway or up on the green or the excitement of boats and watercraft racing by on the water. - Each one of our homes is designed to bring the outdoors into your living space.  We do this through the use of large casement windows, sliding glass doors and screened in patios at the rear of your home.

We don’t just focus on bringing the outside into your home.   Each home is designed for curb appeal. Before a single spade of dirt is turned, we know what your home is going to look like to the casual passerby.  We use the talents of world-class artist and designer, Mary Kittila who selects our exterior colors and textures to compliment the surroundings and yet stand apart from the humdrum cookie cutter houses down the street.

You’ll be glad to know that we pay extra attention to your interior design as well.  We utilize the talents of world-class interior designer, Allison Gray.  She blends the colors and textures of paint, cabinetry, countertops, tile and flooring into a palette that pleases the eye and gives the warm feeling that she cares about you.

Let’s begin in the garage.  It is an oversized, insulated, double car garage, built large enough to park your car and pickup and still have room to walk around your vehicles. 

Next is the kitchen – You won’t find builder’s grade cabinets in your kitchen, no way!  We use top of the line, Merrilat, Masterpiece cabinets which come with a lifetime warranty!  Granite or quartz countertops compliment your cabinets.  And what’s this?  A baseboard vacuum system – no more bending over with a dustpan, simply sweep dust and crumbs into your vacuum.

On to your Master Suite.  Each Master Suite comes with his and her personal walk-in closets, separate sinks, upgraded cabinets, private water closet and a spacious shower.  And don’t worry about the hot water getting to your sinks and shower because your home is designed with hot water circulation lines.  You won’t be able to count to five before hot water is at your fingertips.  Your bedroom comes standard with USB plugs by your bed and a private door to your patio.

We haven’t forgotten your children or guests.  The secondary bedrooms are a suite in their own right.  You’ve heard of “Jack and  Jill” bathrooms – Well yours is modified.  Each bedroom has it’s own vanity sink and walk-in closet.  Jack no longer has to wait for Jill to get ready.  Only the tub and water closet are shared.

The living space brings your home all together with an open design.  High ceilings, large windows, beautiful cabinets and exquisite flooring all come together to make you feel right at home.

New Construction

More than simply esthetics, charm and comfort, we want you to walk into your new home and feel the comfort and security of a well built home.

We begin by building a heavily compacted building pad.  The footings for your home are not the typical “turned down footer,” but is engineered using steel and concrete a minimum of 24” into the ground.  The exterior walls of your home are built with solid 2x6 construction allowing for better insulation and higher energy efficiency.  The framing of your home is inspected by an independent Structural Engineer who gives us a stamped letter stating that your home was built to the highest of standards.  We insulate the garage and install insulated garage doors to minimize your discomfort from the heat of summer or the cold of winter.
