What Drives Us
At OMNI Home Builders, it’s not enough to build a superior home. We want each of our homeowners to experience luxury — so we upgraded the finishes from the beginning. No “upgrades” to buy, we’re already there! From the full suite of Bosch kitchen appliances, to the quartz countertops, hardwood flooring and our beautiful cabinets — we go the extra mile because it matters. Right from the beginning.
Born and raised in Arkansas Chad has been an afternoon staple on KSSN 96 for over 10 years. With features like the Drive at Five Happy Hour, Rate the song and Chad’s Country Challenge, Chad Heritage is appointment time for the drive home! Also, he is the Operations Manager for iHeartMedia in the Little Rock market. His interests include music, sports, anything outdoors, current events, reading a good book, and movies. He is associated with The Country Music Association, St. Jude Country Cares for Kids, Arkansas Food Bank, United Methodist Church; and on his downtime Shotokan Karate and Tuesday basketball with the guys. Under his direction, KSSN has been honored with Country Music Award for radio station of the year. KSSN was also a finalist for the Academy of Country Music Awards, and was voted favorite radio station by the readers of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette and the Arkansas Times.
105.1 The WOLF
When Arkansas thinks “country”, they think of Bob Robbins. In fact, more people wake up to Bob than to any other radio personality in the state. After two decades on KSSN and over 33 years in the Little Rock market, Bob is definitely the most recognized name on the airwaves. Now he’s made his move to The Wolf. Charitable organizations have also profited from Bob’s involvement such as the “Toy Hill” Toys for Tots campaign and Arkansas Firefighters and St. Jude’s to name a few. In 2007 Bob was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
